probably leaking out of the metal pipe to it or the plastic leak off pipes. You're supposed to replace all of them when you pull the injectors, but in reality most of the time you can get away with reusing them.
Try replacing the leak off pipe with a new one, and if that fails the metal pipe for that injector. |

Check the little green leak off O ring which push in the top of the injectors,
They are easily damaged without noticing. ![]() Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Thank you, I have replaced the O rings but I will get a piece of paper and see if I can see a leak, could well be the metal fuel pipe. I may get the leak off pipes for peace of mind.

I found the green o-rings supplied with the 'transit parts' kits, were too fat and tore when you tried to push them in. So I refitted the original o-rings.

Genuine Ford parts are what you will get with Genuine Land Rover parts,
Only you will get a pretty green oval sticker, rather than a blue one! ![]() Oh, and probably pay 30% more for the privilege ![]() The non genuine O rings are a waste of time, they are an odd size too, I can’t match them in either imperial, or metric? 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

I got the non-genuine kit from Transit Parts. It was all good, except the o-rings. I don't think the complete leak off pipe kit was much from Land Rover though. With the copper injector washers you're paying more than 30% markup! They're something crazy like £19 each plus VAT from Land Rover. Ford are about £8 each, Citroen (use the Puma in the Relay van) only want £7. But you can get them from any fuel injection place for £1 each or less. It pays to shop around. The great thing with the Puma is it's in lots of vehicles, so if you want genuine you can shop around Ford (Transit, Ranger, Mondeo), Peugeot (Boxer), Citroen (Relay), Fiat (Ducato) and Land Rover dealers to find the cheapest. |
