Changed the anti roll bar bushes today as the old ones were past there best. These were the fronts
Click image to enlarge The rears pretty much just fell apart so replaced them with poly bushes in the hope they will last a lot longer. Click image to enlarge Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |

Another problem free couple of thousand miles around France and back for the last couple of weeks with seven people and associated luggage and roof box fitted and still got 27/28 mpg which I think is pretty good
Needs a good wash now though and about half a beach worth of sand hoovering out Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |

Also, I wish I’d fitted cruise control years ago! What a difference it makes to long journeys, it’s well worth the reasonably small cost to fit on a td5. Ray

I originally fitted standard rubber ones that came with the drop links but they perished quite quickly so I’ve just replaced them with blue super pro polyurethane ones that I bought from eBay. I’m hoping they’ll last a lot longer Ray

These are the ones I got, I can’t comment on how they’ll last as I’ve only had them on a few weeks so far https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=ht...2697907274 Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |
