My 7.50s squeal on hard cornering when I've got them around 35psi, they don't when they're at 40.

Make sure your diff-lock isn't engaged.
That would give you tyre squeal on longish turns. |

Success! 40psi seems to have done the trick - threw it around a few roundabouts this morning with no complaints from the tyres!
Had previously been keeping them round 30-ish - that’s quite a big difference so might experiment a little. |

I used to keep them about 33 but the tyre life was a bit pants.
I know if you run them at 50-60 the ride is horrible when empty, and 40-45 works for me. Depends on what I'm putting in etc. If I know I've got lots of offroad stuff coming up with some slow on road, then I'll got back to 30-35. If I've got some difficult off road with no road, then below 30. |

The only time I have managed to get the fronts to squeal on any 4x4 was when an in experienced mechanic on completion of a service failed to take the diff lock out. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |
