My guess is to do with the washer bottle, you can see connections on there with the headlight removed.

no problem had go to work shop to check paint work on generator canopy it dry next one
LH front wing plug and wiring colours 2002 TD5 onwards LH front ind (wire B / GB) plug black horn LH/RH (wire B/PB ) plug L Blue Pump washer F ( wire B / LGB ) plug red pump washer R ( wire B / BLG ) plug Black side light front L ( wire B/RB ) plug black SoAL ( wire B/OB ) plug Black ( not always used ) BBUS ( wire Black ) plug brown head lamp leaving ( wire UY/B/RO) plug Natural back out to start rebuilding next generator Last edited by dorsetsmith on 26th Nov 2017 8:11am. Ok it's this one after checking the colours on the wire, now just gotta work out how to access it to reconnect.

Well confused now, all my lights are working, including side indicator lights. Wire is black and red/black with black plug. I am colour blind so maybe it orange / black. But looks red to me.

Think you will find it is the plug for the auxiliary alarm sounder which is rarely used.
