It's better when you have a junior with the threat of a clip around the earhole if he cock's up

Went up to Chester as the wool wholesaler Mrs Rosco uses was having an open day. Being Midlanders this was a rare opportunity of being near the coast so drove along to Rhyl to take the kids on the beach. Popped into the RNLI shop and spotted something I had to have

Found some mud in the Polaris 4WD Park out in Woodhill forest, West Auckland. Thoroughly recommend it. (Though next time not after 3 days of rain).
Enjoyed navigating the more open areas as the tightly spaced pine trees scared the hell out of me. Absolutely amazed we all returned undamaged. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

Not today, Friday, I did 800 miles in mine V8 engined One_Ten Roughly 500 in France, on roads with delightfully smooth surfaces, where I rarely touched the brakes or gears unless pausing for ever more petrol. Followed by 300 miles on the cart tracks that pass for roads in UK where I was constantly having to slow down, stop, start, stop and so it went for pretty much the entire 300 miles. Can't wait to get back to France and decent bread
