Forgot to take a pic but I sorted out the hole in the passenger seat box area Spent about 4 hours messing around with the rear lock today, had to file down the section the latch locks onto and elongate the holes in the door so the lock would fit centered. Rust is one massive nightmare, when you start that's it. Going back to the metro days when I was building a vvc GTa, holes that were small ended up needing really large patches. Then more holes were found, the laugh was the car needed a replacement inner arch and a small hole patching on the other inner arch. But it turned out that it needed a lot more than that! Sorry I haven't got work in progress pics but I have done loads of work to the Defender... mainly due to the fact the front axle was knackered, one of the mounting points had broken off long ago, so I had to source a new one and recondition it with new bolts/seals....etc.
