Hi pickles,
I didn't mean to sound like I was putting a downer on the LS3. I realise they are a very very strong motor and I'd love one. I was mearly wondering what sort of level of tune a 'stock' motor could achieve before starting to look at aftermarket blowers and various other bits. Some of the kits available for the LS3 look almost like art than lumps of metal to bolt to the block! |

Taaz, Naah no worries mate,I didn't take it that way at all.
In Aus, there is HEAPS of stuff for these engines,..cold air intakes, camshafts, valve gear/rockers etc, cylinder heads, all manner of exhaust systems, stroker kits, pistons, rods, crankshafts, whatever you want,.......before you even think about stuff like turbos, twin turbos, superchargers etc!! Pickles. |

Just got the Rakeway rear big brake kit. Not quite as sexy as the front kit but still nice.

I have them as above... front and rear
they are great, only problem is they are designed for a performance car it is easy to lock the tires in the dry never mind the wet Im going to get rid of my BFG's for cooper zeons i think. don't forget you need 18" wheels too. |

Is that with or without ABS that you lock the wheels? Does this kit work with ABS do you know?
