Cheers mick,
No spacers? Did you need to adjust your steering stop bumps? |

You may need to adjust the steering stops depending on whether they have been adjusted already to get maximum lock from the 235s.
If they're still on the factory settings then it's likely that they'll be ok ![]() Either way it's an easy job to do ![]() 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

265-75-16 BF Goodrich AT's on mine as standard, fitted 30mm spacers and wound in the steering stops, it now has a good tight turning circle and disappears up it own exhaust pipe quicker than that........

Unbelieveable....
I passed by looking for clues as to whether my 265 would be ok if I removed my wheel spacers and right by the top I find this! Prompted by the wish not to have constant mud spray up the side, I may give it a go...I can always put them back. Thanks. ![]() |
