I have just found what seems to be good quality LED headlights.
Just wondered if anybody has any experience of these? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/7-Round-LED-DRL-...2173057423 E-rated, 5 year guarantee, looks the biz. Cheers Andy |

Thanks guys.
I'm not a fan of the truckle style to be honest, I kinda like the HALO style. But take your point onboard regarding lumens..... Found same style but from different manufacturer with same sort of price with the halo system. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122307587924?_tr...EBIDX%3AIT Thoughts? Cheers Andy |

G Mack the SP Landrover ones are NOT Truck Lites
The real Truck Lites are made in the USA, they are a Chinese knock off of the American made using a trade name of Lite Truck This is a trick known as 'trading off' a reputable brand name. Google Lite Truck LED headlights and first couple of pages throws up genuine Truck Lite websites The IP rating of the genuine Truck Lites is IP 69K whereas the knock off Lite Truck has a reputed IP rating of IP67 Rob, this week we have been offered an extremely similar headlight for just over £20 That is before we start to ask for quantity discount. Looking at that photograph those headlights are for LHD/RHT and that particular one illustrated is not for UK road use. You will find that all the well known brands have their names engraved on the lens. None of the Chinese knock offs have a name on them. Looking at some of the specification colour temperature is given as 5000-6500 K that is an extremely wide range of colour temperature. Much wider then most other manufacturers give. Your money, your choice however we bin many emails a week offering us similar LED headlights as we would not fit them to our own vehicles. Brendan |

Pretty important I would have thought to buy headlights on performance rather than styling. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Yes, but no harm in trying to get both, improvement over factory factory light at a suitable style. I do prefer the JW Speaker lights with a black background. Thanks Andy. |

Hi all,
I have bought a pair of LED headlights on eBay:- Click image to enlarge Before I fit them (I haven't got them yet anyway), what other parts should I buy to make my life easier. I was going to buy stainless and powder coated headlight bezels, but I see other kits out there that offer other parts. I want to retain the headlight adjustability feature. Like the set from mobile centre. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Defen...3641.l6368 Thanks for any help received!! Cheers Any |

They look to be similar to mine, albeit a lot cheaper ! The halo looks a bit different though. I had mine fitted last May and they've been great. Really happy with them. Do those flash orange with the indicator?
