110 still looks the same well used and dirty and the marks and spencer car park damage is still there lol
on the upside though Hybrid turbo is paid for and coming next week, can't wait! Work truck be going from 120bhp to near 200bhp lol, suspect a few surprises on my commute with the rep mobiles lol. Its already got a intercooler, silicone pipes, decatted so looking forward to getting a remap and turbo fitted. Also sourced a full external roll cage for £800 to be delivered in 2 months time

Fitted the 16" VBS Nemesis alloys to the 110 today, pretty good for £460 odd posted, offset is not quite far out for me so might have to get some 285 75 16 tyres or some spacers as i like the wider look like on the twisted ones. but bloody good for the money and came with centre caps and the standard boost alloy wheel nuts fit these alloys!
Im picking up my full external cage from Matt at Carriage Services in 2 weeks so ill have pics of that once its on
Just need a good winch 9.5 TDS with rope and some 110 rock sliders if anyone knows of any going cheap? Hybrid turbo is still sat in porch waiting for me to sort out a visit to Alive to get it fitted and remapped at the same time. Then finally it'll go in the body shop this summer for the roof to be painted and chassis buzz welded with new door hinges all round as they're all rusted now. They are available from 4x4 tyres on their website, pretty good price including next day delivery i thought for a set of brand new alloys considering I sold the old rusty mach 5's for what they were worth at £450 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Slight update,
I have a pile of parts to fit but the 110 cant stop moving long enough to fit em as I use it in the quarry every day and these parts needs it to be off the road while im working so its a bit difficult at the minute! Got full external roll cage hybrid turbo samco hoses good winch 9.5tds/rope/fairlead/solenoid/wiring mantec snorkel with milled ali space to fit cage plus nuggetstuff sealed air intake kit Old man emu gwyn lewis challenge suspension kit. And K2 diff guards ill be getting from the great british land rover show next weekend. Im looking in shame at the state of it too, every panel has heavy scratches, hinges are rusted to  and i got rust spots forming on the bulkhead, paint missing on all hinge blocks, quite a few stone chips on the whole front end.
ive even worn a hole in my gen LR rubber floor mat, i cant say many of u will have experienced that heh Im also finding the puma door/bonnet steel skins aren't quite as good as the ali skins as im getting rust marks from the gouges, stone chips  think a good respray is needed once the full external cage is on then a good protective wax and make sure its topped up every 2 weeks i imagine. 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Bought these rock sliders for £40 and rattle canned them with matt black metal paint from screw fix for £8 for two cans, (halfrauds wanted £20 each!)
Not quite a perfect finish as I didn't finish my prep and couldnt be bothered to go out for another flap disc so just sprayed it all. haven't done the rears but ill just treat them when the chassis gets treated. Just need to remove the old sills and fit em tomorrow, hopefully not too many rusty nuts to deal with!

Managed to fit the rock sliders last sunday!
Took some doing by myself to get them lined up but managed to do it with a lump hammer, some hacksawing and grinding plus ratchet straps and my daughters chair along with some stone from the front garden wall! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Not pictured but also fitted MUD UK courtesy light which is bloody bright and the red LED function should come in handy! Also fitted Gwyn Lewis 4x4 Sumo HD sold steering and drag link bars plus greaseable track rod ends and had it tracked, steers perfectly and very planted now even with the BFG KM2's. Removed the rear ARB as it was shagged and couldnt be bothered to replace the drop links, might remove front too and see how it handles without em, If I can cope with the extra roll then ill live with it and not have to worry bout them. The garage replaced the output shaft oil seal on the transfer box so the hand brake now works properly now its not covered in oil! Leaving for Manchester at 5am in the morning in the 110 with my tri axle flat bed trailer from cardiff so if u see me, give me a wave!
