Nice bit of oil spray on my bonnet from the vacuum pump so to the garage, took the tension off belt with a wrench, 3 bolts and a pipe and its off and new one on along with visicous fan pulley, no doubt the adventures at Walters Arena has accelerated the demise of those items

The bargain £50 full size intercooler is going on along with silicone boost pipes and straight thru middle pipe and decat, should make it rev freely and sound a lot nicer to drive tomorrow.

Still saving for the hybrid turbo so I can get Gary at Alive to fiddle his magic on the ECU. 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

After the £900 bill from the garage from the last off road foray, I have worked out I have done 10,000 miles in 4 months and its been good as gold lol.

its now nearly at 145,000 miles

Since I got the intercooler fitted with the decat and middle pipe i have noticed my fuel tank range has increased a little bit, I used to get rougly 380 miles to a tank but been getting 400-450 easily

Just need to save for the Alive remap and Hybrid turbo now and watch that range decrease haha 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

How is it with the intercooler and exhaust? Is it quite loud?

Also, where did you get an intercooler for £50?!

I got it used off a TD5, its not the best of conditions but it does the job, hence £50!

Its noiser but not too much but definately enjoying the freer revving!

Went off roading with a brand new owner of a Puma same age and colour and spec as mine but a 90 CSW!

We went to Ty Rhriw Farm just a couple miles north of Cardiff for £10 and had the run of the 34 acres.

lots of steep stuff, mud, bumps, rocks etc

great fun!

Managed to remove the old bent OE bumper and fit my new D44 tapered winch bumper and OME steering damper before I got too wet! Excuse the mud all over the shop as I got very wet and muddy on the drive and mud in the chassis dumb irons didnt help matters lol

Also fitted bosch aero wipers and my storage drawer so its getting there!

110 still banging on the miles and tis now at 146k

Getting very annoyed by my 85mph speed limiter tho! looking forwards to a Alive remap at Peterborough

Have started the purchase of the Hybrid turbo, can't wait to pay for it and get it fitted then away to Gary @ Alive for a nice meaty remap!

I haven't added much of late,

Still need to buy a good winch 9.5 winch and rope so keeping a eye out for a used one! Will be buying extended breathers from Gwyn Lewis and then waterproof the air intake with a Mantec snorkel I kept from my last 110 l and seal up the air box as Im planning to attend the J33P club event at Walters Arena, 7 Sisters in South Wales, 2500 acres of playground only held twice a year!

got a little bit of moisture in the lens after wading but dried up quickly, so Id say a touch of silicone around the seals and jobs a good'un!

Aside from that minor issue, they have been good as gold

and yes those are the same ones although you can get em cheaper than that now,
