Not quite today but went for an MOT recently. I don't usually put the stereo on because only 1 speaker works, the display is broken, it's too loud to hear anything and I only pick up 1 station.

Anyway, picked up with fresh MOT and the radio was on. Thought nothing of it until I realised every song was Simon & Garfunkel. Turns out the tester accidentally left me a little present.

Cleaned Mrs Greeni's 90, then pulled the fuel filter housing off the 110.
I think I'm done with the 110, I'll replace the front brake callipers and get it up for sale.

I think I'm just 'burnt out'. Since September I've dedicated every weekend and most evenings to spannering and I think I just peaked.

Removed all the old stickers off the windows of my new truck, all "My land Rover" type stickers. They obviously meant something to whoever fitted them, but I don't like them Wink.

Also fitted my new glove box conversion kit, nicely done, even if I do say so myself. Fancy hiding a USB charging socket in there, will do that when they arrive next week.

Also test fitted the wing chequer plates over the old gashed ones, the old ones catch the bonnet, so i need to replace then fix the damage to the bonnet. Will need to speak to my pal who should tidy up the damaged section and paint it.

Did a quick sweep of the fluid levels topping up as necessary, still to drain and replace the front diff oil, next weekends job.

A satisfactory day of spannering Wink

Cheers
Andy

Know now you feel on that one, don't give up though or you will regret it.
Many a time on occasion I've said I wished I never had the damn thing. Whistle
Next day I'm glad I have it regardless. Embarassed

Take a break and enjoy some other hobbies for a bit and come back to it if you can.
