Truck was clean already since earlier this week, this morning only had to put fresh ACF50 onto all door hinges, put WD40 in the N1 and S1 tow electrics to keep any potential moisture out, in very cold morning freezing temps topped up the battery with the Ctek, then this afternoon drove it back into town to its dry, heated and aerated underground locked parking. This is the first occasion where the new footwell lights will earn their living, no searching in the dark anymore when putting on the Ardcase.
The SVX will stay put there for one or more weeks as forecast for next week is occasional snow meaning our village salt gritters will come out in force. It is in good company there, right next to its spot is a fabulous Defender Hunter Edition, and a few more jewels too. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Rescued a new L200 from its resting place buried in a barbed wire fence at the bottom of a rather nasty slippery slope - only way out was back up the same slope

New headlight & a bit of minor bodywork required - he was lucky as he missed a strainer post by about a foot, otherwise would have been rather expensive!!
