Spot on. The one I just looked at was wired to the rear and would fit nicely into a carling switch holder

Is that a toll tag, or just like UK's tax?

Highlight of Eric's year
You cannot use Swiss motorways without one. About 45€, so great value if you buy it in Jan. Not great value if you use a French reg'd hire car and return via the Bardonnex Border Crossing the day before New Year's Day (yes, it does happen), as the border team will make you buy one for the 12km to the Airport. And no, the car hire company won't give you your money back. Swiss hire cars, for those that car, come with them Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

For our annual road tax, we don't get any stickers. As Le Grenadier says, this here is a toll sticker which you need for driving Swiss highways, all cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, be it Swiss or foreign registered. Valid a full year plus the preceeding December and the next January months, cost is a bit lower than the mentioned 45.00 €, actually it only costs 40.00 CHF. If I compare this with the toll cost each time you hit a French highway or payage, the Swiss annual highway tax remains a bargain. Actually cheaper than the French one way highway toll/payage cost if we would drive from here to Belgium just once. Oh, and for those who think to be smart and buy one of these Swiss highway toll stickers, and then try to tape or soft glue it onto the windscreen, so that it can be taken off and passed on to someone else, the fines for that if they catch you are pretty severe. The only way to use this sticker legally is to really stick it onto the windscreen, meaning if you try to remove it, you just will destroy it. Eric You never actually own a Defender. She's been in for a warranty check over, service and her first MOT.
Passed with flying colours. It's only got 7600 miles from new so shouldn't have been any issues. It's also worth a lot more than i paid for it 2.5 years ago. It also came back very clean. The best dealership experience with Likes Landrover |

Been driving the SVX to the dealer this morning, picked it up again tonight with 2 additional interior lights installed, bringing the interior lights teller to 6.
The truck remains under cover tonight at home here, it just is starting to snow a bit now with light frost (first snow of the season). Hope the salters don't come out for those two and a half snowflakes. But they likely will at 4.00 am tomorrow. Eric You never actually own a Defender.
