Well my "blingy" lights proved their worth last night. 2am we got hit by a mega thunderstorm and tropical rain. Didnt see that forecast so wasn't prepared. The lights went out just as we were about to bring the horses in, so positioned the Defender, front and rear lights on full and instant daylight
No leaks either |

You should download the Météo France app. It sends weather warnings. Just got one saying the '34' is at severe risk of flooding. Orange warning. Had storm warnings for last night. Good app, well recommended.... Monsieur Le Grenadier

Had the joy of transporting 28 fall arrest packs - absolutely awful but luckily the motorway was restricted to 40mph

Hardly any weight at all - the bags are filled with styro foam. Awful to transport because they are so light.

Picked up truck from CSK with some mods to mark 10,000 miles Had new BFG 265 tyres & 30mm spacers, painted rear cross member, 3rd interior LED light, slickshift and mid-year oil change. Very proud driving it back into town
