Ah I see, well I'm on 53k but my 90 is 9 yrs this Autumn.
So coming up. Don't suppose you know the price off the top of your head a new genuine one? Quite easily change it myself so that's no problem. |

Think the belts are part no PQS500600 for belt with air con compressor or PQS500610 without air con. Both are £40 ish for genuine. Try Dan at Duckworths for a price.
As an alternative to genuine I`m not sure if Gates make the belts. I understand they are one of the better manufacturers of cam belts. |

Not too bad then, I was expecting about £120.
Dan is always good with these sort of things. Thank-you driver9, appreciate your time taken to comment. |

I got a genuine one from ebay 2 weeks ago for £9 + postage, so have a look on there.
Changed it in 20 minutes easy, following advice on here to remove the tensioner. The original one was dated 2007 so could be 108k miles old and still looked fine. |

Will do, thanks for the tip. I had mine off too just a couple of months ago it too looked in good condition.
I kept it as clean as possible along with the pulleys but seems to slip a bit. (Only rarely). |

I changed mine after 200,000 km (as per manual), without apparent damage.
