@ jow240725. I've not fitted mine yet but can't put it under the cubby as I already have an under cubby box which gets used a lot so probably going under the seat. Ray

Finally managed to get my sub fitted and the stereo sounds so much better now.

It's solid and out of the way so shouldn't get knocked or damaged. I've just got to wire up the heated screen and mirrors and I've caught up with half finished stuff and bits I had ready to go on Mr. Green Ray

It was tidy, i had a look around and took a pic, the wheels are not standard though, the originals would of looked better imo, glad you liked it Thumbs Up Clayton.

I quite like the wheels actually, ATS type 5s are rare Mr. Green not that I'm a bit geeky when it comes to mk1 golfs and wheels Whistle Ray

I'm new to this site as you can see. I've been reading plenty of posts on this site to get some ideas to modify my defender. I saw that you installed the Ibus 2.1 under the back row seat, how do you like it so far? Would you recommend it? I've been planning on getting some bass out of the landy Very Happy

Hi Luigi, the ibus is really quite good for its size and makes the sound from the stereo much better and more rounded. When I was younger I used to be one of those annoying people with very loud car stereos and I like a lot of bass with my music but as I've got kids now and have had to grow up the Ibus is a good middle ground of not being too overpowering but making a big difference to standard. This has been bare metal job, then he wasn't happy, so painted it again.... It's a bit funky, he has spent some serious money on it, though recently bought a house, I heard only last night he may think of selling it. He did ask me to finish it, once my 90 was finished, but I want to get a Caterham in the garage!!!

"When" I've finished the defender I'm going to start again on the golfs, although I have been looking at Porsches on eBay lately so I might end up selling all the golfs and bits and just having one car to concentrate on Ray
