Puma loosing power
I have a 2007 Puma and on long runs it looses power.
I could be at 70mph then without warning it slowly decreases speed to around 50mph. I can't rev it unless I press the clutch or put into neutral. However switching off and switching back on seems to reset it and I can then get back to 70mph again. This however is short lived before the same thing again.

I've had it on a diagnostic and was told these early Puma's have an ECU issue and that this could be the problem.

Any suggestions??

Regards

Shane

Any fault codes, however VCV I believe and a few other thing don't throw codes. Experts will chime in! Thumbs Up

Sounds like VCV. Just a few of the 'power loss' threads available from one page of three related to VCV. Thumbs Up
