Brake kits, what are the options
Hi guys,

Looking at upgrading the front brakes on the Defender.

What are the options, 4 pot, 6 pot? what should I budget?

Looking forward to some input.

Depends on a few things.
Your Budget,...You can spend PLENTY.
Are you keeping the standard 16" wheels, or going to 18" which will enable you to fit some very nice brakes.
Are you doing front & rear?....I would suggest that you do, and that you buy this upgrade as a "kit", so that all testing has been done, & your brakes will be improved as you would expect.
If you go to 18" wheels, then I'd suggest AP 6 spot fronts & 4 spot rears, ... you could then fit an LS3 with no further worry about brakes!
Lots to choose from!

Standard size discs, with uprated pads give a decent upgrade without breaking the bank Thumbs Up

Or, you can opt for drilled/grooved discs
