Sat at my aunts in Haddington after a thoroughly wet, miserable drive. Will be aiming to be at the site lunchtime-ish if anyone is about. I'll then be heading off to meet with Ian and look at routes for Saturday!
110 still sounding poorly at idle- looks like I'll be cutting my holiday short to take it to the workshop of the company that supplied the recon units on the way home. Chris |

Dry and cool here this morning
Was a stunning evening last night... sunny and almost warm (cut my grass in Aviemore). Not really going dark at all - was light before 4am. Great forecast all weekend See you chaps later Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

hi folks,
Perhaps I have missed the message, but is there an itinerary and details / address of where to go on Saturday? I will be at the campsite tonight, probably between 7 and 9pm, so might be late in meeting people. Cheers Andy |

Actually I was welcomed by Fraser, the Dealer Principal, who recognised me from our only meeting 2 or 3 years ago! Very impressive! And he offered me a cuppa which was very badly needed when I found out how much a replacement ignition key was for my Td5 Discovery!!!! £150, I didn't see that coming....... And the ladies on Reception were as chatty as always as they went about their business (better get that bit in seeing as there is a spy from the John Clark Group reading this! lol) Have fun y'all and send us plenty pics and stories from your trip! I hope you remembered the Smidge!!! |

I'm a little lost. I've come off the A9 where the postcode indicated on the satnav but nothing other than a gravel path into the unknown - any directions? Chris your numbers not working

for those late arrivals, as you approach the site and come in the gate, please use the access track to the far right as you come in- we are in a. small area at the bottom of the site. you'll see us with various defenders!
