Lucky man you are Clayton! And a true craftsman I hear it's becoming quite an artisan skill. It's my wife's dream to have a thatched cottage, so now we now someone to help us look after it if we ever get there MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html

Jaro! Can't believe I missed your updates on this thread - finally caught up with them. Cracking 90.
I'm envious that you have two Defenders now... Mind you my wife would be seriously unhappy if I swapped her car for one, she is happy as a passenger only. Look forward to seeing your future mods, I'm sure they will be done to your high standards. |

Thank you Richard, appreciated! She is a lovely little truck, very glad we got her.
I am indeed a happy chap that wifey shares the enthusiasm for Defenders with me Suprisingly, she enjoys driving them as much as I do - been driving my 110 since late October, 14k on the clock already and that's only 8 months since new! I'm currently using the 90 as I needed a van for a little project I have on the side - she's a nippy little car, I like her a lot. List of mods is long... but the cash line not so much But hopefully few little things to happen soon... I saw you gave some attention to Bertha after a little while! Good the see the Cairns blue beauty is doing well MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html MY16 Santorini 90 HT - sold |

Thank you for the compliment gents I have to say, hat's off to Auto Glym - this was just one wash with the same shampoo used all over the truck, including tyres Lazy, I know! I actually felt guilty I don't wash her more often, it was too easy. MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html

Very good question sir! Mrs JK can't make her mind up So I told her to give it another month or so, just live with it for a while so she gets a better feel for what the top priorities are. Initially, it was lots of bling, like Optimill door handles, Santorini grille, LEDs, Landyglass...then off-roading mods...most recently it changed entirely to rather practical mods. So her top priority now are side steps - apparently few office outfits have suffered already - Alive comfort springs and Webasto park heater. The last is entirely my fault, I told her about it as I want it in mine for skiing trips - now the idea of having the truck toasty warm in the morning sounds very attractive to her I bet it will change again, but definitely hope to do some work on 90 before summer.
