Puma 110 MY11 - Leaking
Hi All,

I recently purchased this Puma after a long relationship with a TD5. So far very happy, except I see they have moved the right water leak from the front drivers foot well to the right back behind the speaker panel. I have taken the speaker out and it appears the water is comming in from the right window side but cannot see and am not sure how to remove the plastic panel to see behind.

Any ideas or pointers please?

Thank you.

If you look on the outside corner you'll probably see the seal has been pulled to far inside, get the dealer to sort it. Thumbs Up Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Ok bruce, my windows also leak could be running round. I'm going to remove the rear carpet and run around for a while till i've seen all the leaks and then seal them myself with silastic. Rear seat mounts also leaked on mine. Put it this way it would never float. latest one is when driving fast up the wet motorway with the drivers side window partially down, it sucks water in through the door seal and you get a wet kidney. you've got to love em Thumbs Up Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Umm, this isn't the only leak you have. It's just the only one you've noticed so far.
Land Rover have a special "Water Ingress Manual" which describes fixes for the many leaks you haven't seen!
PM me anybody that would like a copy of this PDF document.

Can heartily recommend Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack cure!

No connection with them, but I've used it for ages on various old cars, and being very viscous and thin, it seems to get in an seal where dumdum or silicone can't!

You checked the loom plugs are seated properly i assume (although it would be water spraying differently) Mike
