Not sure what to do, then the grill we sprayed black they fitted the handlamps for me. Just fitted the MUD stuff rear panels didn't like drilling a brand new 90. |

CG thats a rear mudshield protecting the rear cross member the one I am looking for is in front of the back wheel protecting the tubular outrigger and front tub floor....it will also reduce road noise!I dont know why gwyn dont do one for stepped tubs as I assume it awkward to get a good fit!I hope they are simply in the process of developing one!

Only ones I have seen for the front of the wheel arch is from Enteq. They only have a square tub 110 and post 2007 for the 90. They don't cover near as much of the area the Gwyn Lewis version does though. Quite expensive at £91 for the 110 and £254 for the 90.

I might try making a set myself unless gwyn beats me to it .....£ 254 is overpriced and overmachined IMHO!Enrteq need to sometimes put away the CAD and get a pencil out and a wee bit of paper!

A couple of jobs since I last posted..
Fitted a leather padded cubby box lid from Matt at FCX. So much better than what LR offer..Looks good feels great. Finally got the tailgate Glass tinted. Another job LR do not do. I was tempted by an after market tinted glass but guided by Rosco had it film tinted @ £35. I have to say its superb..almost impossible to tell its film Guy had the glass out and did and excellent job. Mmmm now what next??? Must get those front seats.... Blimmy a years gone fast! Your old 90 still looks as good as it did when I picked it up 😀, it's had a couple of subtle mods kbx side and wing top vents, bowler steering guard and a momo steering wheel, that's it for now... 2010MY Defender 90 Stornoway

Reckon its time I updated this!?
Well I had my first service @450. Did I feel ripped off?..well yes I guess I did! I just know that when i need that warranty claim in the next 2 years it will justify itself. The dealer was amazed that I told them not to wash or valet it. ! 1) I didnt want it going through an auto car was and 2) I didnt want some carefree youth weilding a Jetwash or vacuum!! I enjoyed the Disco Sport for the day..but not for me long term. Then the XS Cubby lid I got from Matt at FCX didnt "fit" so I bought a new Premium LR one in plain black leather. Very happy with the interior now. I dont think I will push it much further...well maybe just a Startech wheel!! I painted the rear Xmember at the weekend. Gloss Black...It looks fab..Why oh Why didnt LR ever finish this off properly? So I am currently making a DRL bumper and I have ordered a steering gaurd. Next to follow it is Black side steps to replace current ones. Might be all done then... Where does it stop!? Ill post some piccies later.
