turning circle
I just changed my 09 90 for a 2014, one thing I notice right away the turning circle is terrible compared to my old one, is this a known thing? can I adjust the lockstops ?

Should there be any difference between an 09 and 14 in respect of turning circle?

I didnt think they had got any worse but were equally as bad.

I used to be an avid trialer with my first 90 and had the lock stops adjusted so the tyre would touch the radius arm.

Every little helps when you're trying to squeeze between the gates Smile

Question.

When adjusting, do you adjust with the wheels turned inwards or outwards or both? 2016 D4 HSE

It depends on what wheels you had on the two vehicles, and whether they are both set up for maximum lock.

Wider offset wheels allows you to dial in more steering lock, and thereby improve the turning circle. Spacers have the same effect. With the wide offset of the ZUīs and 30mm spacers, my 90 turns "on a dime". 1998 Tdi 90 SW,
