Scratched hands to high-heaven rummaging to find the tweeter leads and once found, fitted some recently purchased take off OEM tweeters followed by the install of a Kenwood KSC-SW11 Active Sub.
What a difference Having installed a head unit and footwell speakers just over a year ago, I have become accustomed to the rather distorted/muffled sounds from the stereo. This is fantastic and long over due! Phil |

Replaced the rusty headlight surrounds with new Stainless ones from Mobile Centre. They look much better than the old rusty ones. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Hello from Aus. Just noticed your 110's name, .."Gracie", which is the name we gave to our 90 when we took delivery of her a couple of years ago! Pickles. |

Pickles - yeah, sometimes the name just 'fits'. Our previous Defender was black and the new one is (Corris) Grey, so 'Gracie' just seemed to work.
Back on subject today I cleaned off a few stray bits of Dinitrol off the paintwork with WD40 and then gave her a good wash and wax. I must admit it was so cold I hooked the hosepipe up to the hot tap. Bliss... Dave Green Goddess - 1998 Defender 110 300tdi |

Got the 110 out, not been used since last October. Ran the block heater, and treated the leather .. Little run around and put away again. I tried out my new star tech wheel, nice!
