Moving the handles helped for me but didn't solve the self-opening problem, bungee loops solved it completely.

At £288 that rediculous as the same kit can be bought for about £50 but I don't like the way the spindle still sticks out. Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |

One of the first jobs I did when I got it was putting the winder handles in the right place as my ocd couldn't deal with them pointing in different directions

I would be interested.
Would want to be able to control them from the front (when just me in the car) as well as the kids have a switch? Thanks in advance |

mcma1 ^ If you are able to do a guide to fitting these, for someone not good with electrics...
I would be up for a kit of stuff and the two switch holders if possible please. Its one of the only things I miss from my last car being able to put the windows up when the kids lower them ! Many thanks |

The only issue is the 6 way connector you need for the Land Rover switches, you can't buy they as they are only part of a loom... You can use carling switches though or you can track down looms on eBay, I got 2 for £20 today. Andy
