Indicator daft question
All my indicators work except the front passenger the wire was very short from the plug and only recently i decided to up date the lights and make it look a bit posher by changing all to the led but now this one light wont work i think ive pulled the wire out further up.. does it go into a 4 block like the older tdi?
The plug to attach to the light had broke for a long time so a temp fix of a bit of wire helped there but now want it sorted properly so what or where does that indicator wire go to?
Hopefully not confused ye Smile

On the TD5 (and the TDCi for that matter) the indicator wires run bundled into a wing harness back to a round multipin connector located where the wing joins the bulhead, in effect just inside the back nearside corener of the bonnet.

It would be possible to check the continuity from this connector to the light unit easily enough (a wiring diagram and the connector specs would obviuosly be useful) but be aware that if you have a BBUS on your alarm and unplug this connector, the BBUS will sound unless you do it within the 'alarm arming' interval after switching off the ignition.
