A pic of the inside of my cubby, considering I have 7 switches, a winch kill switch and a torch I don't think I have lost too much space to cry over i am planning to have a leather storage bag made up for the rear door to hold a few other odds and ends.

just found this thread, mcma1, fab work
where did you get power for the torch? Shouldn't draw too much i guess but probably want an ignition feed so it doesn't charge when the engine is off? Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

They are standard factory equipment on mine. Click image to enlarge But I just ordered two more from Paddockspares, as I like your installation in the footwells very much. Will do the same, which will make it easier to find the key hole in my Ard'Case when it is installed on the pedals and when it's dark. Will not use LED bulbs as don't like the cold white colour of those, and too strong probably, I prefer the warm white candle light production of standard light bulbs which for me is more in line with the 67YRS old design of our cubes. SVX seats are factory on my SVX of course , so leather at the sides, cloth with Land Rover emblems on the center seat bases and the center back rests. Same as the other 5 seats.
The seat covers are original Land Rover seat covers which Land Rover Accessories offer for their Recaros. Item number VPLDS0038, a perfect fit, and the same material as the original Land Rover seat covers for the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Excellent quality, they are on all my 7 seats for about 4 years now, stays like new. Eric Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge You never actually own a Defender. Yes I know they are factory, but there are 3 types of Landrover recaro, full leather, accessory with cd style centres and then the SVX that has a unique fabric... I am just keen to see the second row, have you any pics without the covers?
Thanks Andy Are they the same as these??
