At last we had a few hours of dry weather today Mr. Green only one mishap while fitting the new lights, which was after I fitted the first one I tried it to make sure everything worked but full beam switched the whole light off Shocked so I checked connections and all seemed ok so I thought, try the other light in and see if it's any better and as I unplugged the first one I noticed one of the wires to the headlight connector was broken so a quick fix and all worked Cool so time for some pics!
At least behind the light surrounds looks reasonably tidy

You don't realise how yellow the original lights are and how much it changes the look of the car

All in and checked Mr. Green

I think it looks much neater! And hopefully much brighter at night. The new plate is also on now but I need to tidy up the bumper where the old plate rubbed it Evil or Very Mad and the covers need to come off again at some point to attach the closed cell foam and fit some decent security screws which will hopefully arrive in the next week or so. Let me know what you think Thumbs Up
Cheers

front looks great Ray, I like the shorter front plate aswell. So much better than how the front looked with the steel a bar. Thumbs Up
front external roll hoop would look good on it. Makes me want to go and do something to mine!

Cheers chaps Thumbs Up @sailing tom I have been looking at roll bars with internal rear roll cage as a just Incase with the kids. I decided to go defender related with the new Reg and with less numbers a shorter plate was possible Mr. Green I think I need to put hid bulbs in the spots now though to whiten up the light output Rolling Eyes it just never ends Rolling with laughter Ray

Very nice Thumbs Up really completes the look of the front end now!

Can I ask where you got the clear protectors from?

Cheers,
Ant.

Well I've only driven on few well lit roads so far but you can definately see there's more light. They should make a great difference to driving on the unlit back roads around here. Ray
