Bulgaria 2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 SVX Station Wagon Havana
There were 3 rainy days during which I did't drive the car (the pictures have been taken after that).
Because of this I thought the water could be coming from above and not from the engine compartment.
Thanks for the Ingress manual. I will re-read it.
Tomorrow will try to seal windscreen seal with permanently elastic sealer

Granted, it's for older models, but the design hasn't changed much since then! Rolling with laughter

The manual for Puma Defender is "Puma leak procedure "

Mine had a leak with the water ending up in exactly the same place. I thought it was coming in between the bulkhead and the windscreen because that was where it was dripping from. The dealer "sealed" it but it still leaked so I took it back in. It turned out that it was leaking around the roof line and the water running down the A pillar behind the plastic trim and dripping into the footwell.

Tomorrow I will take out the plastic trim and will check if there is water.
Today I checked if there is water inside, under the window behind the dashboard (took pictures with mobile phone and tested with fingers) and I was not able to find out any water traces.

Isolation between bulkhead and the window was wet (a lot of water). Checked with torch from outside the sealant and I saw that in front of driver seat dealer missed to cover with sealant the whole seal. Because of this I decided not to touch anything and called the dealer and Monday morning will take the car there. This time I will insist the to change the seal and not only to put sealant (windows silicone) on it.

Bulkhead-window seal looks like a sponge - how could it prevent the water going inside?

Today I removed plastic trims which cover the window pillars. Tested Defender front window and the roof with 10 minutes heavy water jet but no water traces were found on the pillars.
Tomorrow gong to the dealer for 3rd time Smile

Took it to the dealer. This time they took it very seriously and they decided to take out the dashboard and to investigate what is the reason for the leak. Since the car has 3+2 years warranty this approach will be much more expensive to me but I hope we will be able to solve the problem once for all.

Hahah this leads me to an IT joke Smile

"Remember, there are no such things as problems, only opportunities."
"Well then, we have a DDoS opportunity"

Tomorrow I am taking back my car from the dealer. According them the problems wasn't coming from windscreen seal or from the bulkhead seal but from the driver door. When I take the car I will put it under waterterflow in order to test it Wink

This really is nothing new. Rest assured you are treading a path that has been very well worn by 1000's of Land Rover owners before you. Steve.

I took my car today. They told me that partially removed the dashboard and looked behind it while they were punting water on the car and according to them the water was coming from the drivers door. They sealed both front doors and the taps for RHD wipes.

Does someone knows how difficult is to exchange the bulkhead sealant? Can exchange it after you remove front hinges or you shall do something else as well?

If you mean the closed cell foam seal between the windscreen frame and top of the bulkhead then the usual way is to raise the roof which in turn allows the screen frame to be lifted for access to the seal. Most will just run a bead of sealant along the join with everything still in place.

Again this is nothing new and has been discussed here many times before. Steve.

Agree, nothing new just new actors. As you mentioned, there is also a new bed of sealant along the foam seal.
