Not unusual. First check is that all the relays under the driver's seat are properly inserted and really secure. A loose connection on the main, ignition, or starter relay will do this.
The relays should be really tight in th sockets. |

That sounds like the engine ECU not powering up and providing the CAN bus data for the dashboard.
As above, check power and earth feeds to the ECU. ![]() ![]() |

Do you have an ODB scanner connected? I had same symptoms after disconnecting battery and not going through scanner's start-up procedures. Janusz

I will plug up and see what codes are listed. Guess earth and relays can do with a check as well:/
