Very welcome, the point has been made before.
Mud tyres look cool! My Coopers however were a bit too noisy on the road. KM2s are a damn sight better. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

For a rugged look, go for the Coopers.
If you want off road performance, I'd go for the Coopers. For lower road noise, the general consensus is to go for the BFGs. So based on what you've said so far, probably the Coopers. |

BFGs and Coopers. This is a company I have used recently and would use again! Price obviously does not include fitting but in my opinion the BFG KM2s are quieter than the Coopers by a long shot having swapped from one to the other recently.
From September....

Well again thanks all for your input Think I'll go for the bfg's. Since it's going to be mainly road use I can only imagine the extra noise annoying me! However..turns out there's a few green lanes locally so I'm defiantly going to have to get involved!!

You will like them, they are popular for a reason!
That's why when I was deciding I went with the flow on popularity. |
