Finally got round to completing Front Wheel Under Arch protection today.
After an earlier "prototype" effort I made and fitted 2 good ones today. Really pleased with the results. They are a tight close fit secured by the original 2 fixing points. It looks like they will do a great job..Ill give it a few months then take one off and look behind it. Before...LR Standard Click image to enlarge After ..DIY Mod Difficult to get a good pic.Hopefully you get the idea Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow.... I believe it will help protect the underside..( particular front outriggers) from everything the front wheel throws up at it.
I know they can be bought off the shelf and lots of Guys fit them. Just thought I would have a go myself. Wanted to get it done before the salt gets on the roads. Is that rally mud flap material - great idea![/quote] Its actually 3mm Acrylic. Its pretty rigid with just enough flex to twist into place.
