I'm you're all aware that it has been mentioned that disabling the alarm can be done quite easily?
well I'm sure suggestions were made to overcome / improve this 'problem - but what are they? some scrote coming along in the middle of the night and nicking body parts concerns me more than the car being nicked? so having the alarm easily immobilised worries me a little (any suggestions) and does anyone know if the £100 factor extra for a battery backed alarm can easily be retro fitted (I'm guessing it can but can you buy the unit?) |

Thank you, I am very grateful.
Is there an easy way - other than disconnecting the battery - to tell if the alarm sounder has the battery back-up or not? The build spec for my vehicle includes the line "433MHZ Sec Sys Battery Back Up" - does this indicate that the sounder has the battery back-up? Thanks. |

Never grease the hinges on your gates and always have a 4-cell maglight handy

The old 6 cell Maglight even more useful. It also retains hair and scalp around the battery cap it you clip them hard enough with it "If it ain't sideways, you just ain't tryin'! |
