It's looking good! Did you fit the pneumatic arm to the rear flap yourself? Something I'd like on mine.

Fitted a soft A bar I got cheaply, cleaned up pretty well just need a pair of brackets for the top. Think it sets the front off well
Did a spot of towing today, dont normally take pictures. But as it was my little boat going to its new owner my parents took a few Roof racks off aswell now as have replaced it with 2 roof bars that will live in the back, so I can get in carparks again now |

Thanks and very impressed Ray
Having a go making it more comfortable now. decided rather than pay £80 or so for a padded armrest id make my own to a height I wanted and get some more storage space at the same time. Hasnt taken long and is foam on the top so nice and comfy plus only cost me about £5 for the leatherette. going to do some sound proofing next and raise the front so it sits level. had the ecu wires replaced aswell as had oil starting to get through. Heres some pics of my home made arm rest. |

In my current attempt to find a way to make it quieter as im pretty happy with the car decided I'd go back to all terrains along with the deadening I said about previously.
Was just about to place an order for the new Bfgoodrich ones when I saw a lovely set of wheels on ebay. Using Man maths it works out much better value in my head as can sell my wheels complete. So ill be taking a bit of a detour on my way to Billing on Friday and picking up a set of these. Id been after a set when I had my retro 90 but couldnt justify the cost so bought the twisted ones instead. Ill definitely be keeping these and will probably go on a future project. Absolutely love the style of these so well chuffed with them. Ill put a pic up next week once there all fitted. Last edited by SailingTom on 3rd Aug 2015 5:33pm. Edited 2 times in total |

next stage is soon to begin
Back is now removed and at the painters for landy andy on here. Currently on the look out for a double cab roof section at a good price as ill be cutting it up. Think as others said a full soft top isnt the way to go with a 110, so intend to fit a nice big sunroof. |
