JWL Just had another look at mine and think the reduced width from the seat (which gets narrower when I sit on it) and the proximity of the low box shifter will make it difficult. I think this mod is going to be a no no for me!
I don't really have much trouble with the brake as it is just thought it might be a nice mod....

I'll take another picture tomorrow from that angle and you can make up your own mind as I didn't think that I would be able to fit it without modifying my cubby box.

Well today I go to pick up my Defender.

I am weirdly not mega excited - I'm not sure why. Maybe because it's me who is paying for it! 2016 D4 HSE

Snap - we are picking up the new 110 today. Also not mega excited because it will be going straight to Audioimages for a few jobs doing. Might be a bit excited on Monday tho when we get it back from them.

Hi John,

I didn't receive any interference but will monitor it tomorrow and let you know.

Cheers Steve. I find with mine, when I unplug a USB lead (i.e stop a device from charging) the radio signal improves some what. I have tried a few cables and the same. 1999 Defender TD5 110

I don't think I have a friend that's good enough that would persuade me to submerge my Landy in salt water, I think I'd give him a hand with it, maybe on the end of a long rope, but certainly not do that. I've had a couple of Landys rust out from underneath me, hopefully not this one this time. Good on you though Bow down , I hope he got you a beer then power washed every nook and cranny of your motor Thumbs Up

That's a decent quality pad. I've seen some that worn to that extent start to delaminate and come away totally from the steel plate.

Is is just the one pad worn to that extent though?

Yeah, the other three weren't as bad. No idea why that should be, they're the original pads so everything should have been working as it should because it was all new. The front pads weren't as worn as the backs so it must have slightly more rear bias. Anyway, 35,000 miles is pretty good, I'd say.

Just been driving her - its been very busy last few weeks so havn't had much of a chance to do anything!

Though I have now got to repair the passenger door handle as one of my girlfriends friends used it instead of the side step to lift themselves into the passenger seat Evil or Very Mad

I haven't had mine out for nearly a week since I brought a gas barbecue home last Saturday (it just fit, thank goodness I have a 110!).

I need to get round to Smart Watering her and properly cleaning the underside. 2005 110 XS - Cairns Blue "Bertha" - Gone, and sorely missed
