The tweeters are the 2 small speakers that sit on the top of the dash.

Been through all the Land Rovers/Range Rovers, how do you find the latest defender as everyday car?

Well it's not my everyday car....
I love it...but use it for evenings and weekends. MY15 is a vast improvement over all previous years in many respects but still gives 28mpg. It is quieter, smoother and more refined than ever before. I'm fortunate to have a BMW 5 series for everyday... But always smile when I jump back in my Defender Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow.... Hi Supacat, I have owned and driven Land Rovers for over 30 years. I am an Automotive Engineer for BMW Power Train..( yes..never has gone down well with my boss!) I've had all Defender types right back to Series. I love them all. They all have a story too! ( Ive tried Discovery and Freelander too) I loved my 300 Tdi CSW a lot...I thought it was a massive improvement at the time. I loved it even more when I sold it for more than I paid for it!!! So then I had a Puma 2.4. It was nice, very nice..but obviously much different in terms of engine Technology. For me it did all I needed and I would have happily kept it forever. Then came the announcement of Defender demise. I was in a position to change..so I did. The 2.2 would be my final Defender purchase. No regrets at all. Not such a dramatic change from the 300 to Puma but a few subtle changes just make the difference. It is without doubt quieter and more refined and the build quality has improved. It "feels" better as a package. Of course its not perfect..we all know that! Just my thoughts Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow....
