Hello AM94
Well done it looks cracking... Worth the deliberations and the wait... Get as good as you can, and use it... You will always know what it can look like though... Good Luck SKIP https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic83242.html |

Good idea, I think it stands out nicely on the bonnet
It must be the contrast, but it looked like the letters are brighter than the usual brunel silver ones, looked more like those on silver pack which are in indus silver. Anyway, she looks charming  |

Isn't that the truth! The corrosion protection is being completed today and I get 'her' back just in time for the weekend; no doubt I'll be loading up the four legged hound first thing Saturday morning and heading off to our favourite long walk. |

At the moment, rather than envious, I can imagine people thinking, 'does that guy ever wash his car?'
Black, dust, pollen, rain showers and use don't make for a clean Defender. I'm feeling very guilty and think I'll be washing her this weekend. I have some corrosion protection runs to sort, after having the protection treatment done, so it may take me awhile! |

the car looks great - I get my first defender (a 90xs SW, corris grey) in November this year, so still a couple of months off, and wondered where you got your corrosion protection done? its something i would like to do as soon as i get mine. thanks
