Mikey on here did mine as the main part underneath, then ive been going around as the wheels are off and doing all the little fiddly hard to reach bits, just making sure it all gets a coating really. Then back on with the bits next week
Hows the engine work been going, nearly there? |

Engine back in, new clutch system. Just dropped the fuel tank tonight to inspect the pump and it's full of diesel bug. It's like working on a boat! At least I have faced this particular nemesis before so should be up and running as soon as I refit the tank.

Nice job, glad its getting there, expect ill see you about soon
All back together, wheel arches off again tomorrow and will drill my own mounting holes as craddocks fit but make the arch sit out about half an inch in places from the bodywork! If anyone is going to buy a set get them from someone else as will make a 30min job a long one! Look good when done though. Its getting there nicely now |

Tom,
You've spent far too long in the company of Chris as he's obviously corrupted you about the colour white TT "Ease your worries, Clear-up your woes, Go into your garage & put stuff into rows." |

Looks smart Tom! Nice choice on the wheel and tyre combo.
Not sure if I can quite bring myself to add the white KBX grille to mine, 6 months down the line and I still can't decided if white or black would be better! Tom @tditomprice 100” Defender Hybrid 2010 Alaska White 90 HT |

It's amazing how 3 bits of plastic can change a truck, from one extreme to another.

Thanks Guys, pleased I got the kbx done in the end as was having doubts Tom.
TT It could be from talking to Chris to much yes, or maybe just the essex coming out a bit this time Only reason for the arches was the old ones were drooping in the middle a bit and was fed up of blackening them, at least when it gets a polish now I can just do the lot. Regards to wheels im thing insurance couldnt take an issue to sawtooths as there a genuine land rover wheel, they were fine with everything ive done, but wanted a big increase for aftermarket wheels, so maybe if the zu's sell ill get a second set |

Never finished Tack, still plenty more bits planned. A couple of big ones aswell.
Steve yes the LED'd are still fantastic, very pleased with them. Nothing has been really done, few things I want to get at Billing if the price is right. Mainly just been finishing sealing the rear box, Ill start on the ply lining next and making some shelves for the right hand locker next aswell. The tailgate/ catflap arrangement is so usefull as is the whole wagon really. Do still miss the soft tops and will definitely have one again, but the double cab with full roof rack is proving to be just about perfect for me at the moment |
