Quite a few threads on the issue....

My own experience is that If you drive through the bends so to speak - accelerating through the corners, then you won't see the difference from them so much.
When I took them off my old 90 to improve off road articulation the difference was almost solely noticeable when changing direction suddenly or with a neutral throttle - I guess you'd say in those swerving 'Oh ****!' - moments Your spring rates and shocks will obviously play into this - but for the road I think they make a lot of sense.. |

I took mine off and the ride is much smoother (both on/off road). For off road it made the biggest difference, less jiggling about and easier to control. On road I don't see as much difference, but the ride is certainly smoother.
If you want flat cornering, then probably they work OK. cheers simon |

The prime purpose of anti roll bars is as per their domicile,..."anti roll".
So fit a good set of properly set up, & suitable, (ARB'S), & ya'll see a marked difference in the behaviour of your Defender when cornering, changing direction etc,...well ya should anyway. Pickles. |
