Wheels on, just the spare to arrive and off to have the back repainted as were a couple of little issues by the hatches.

Back from the painters and all looking good. Got my rear ladders on after they'd been adapted to work with the tailgate and fitted a couple of jate rings to the front. No more plans for it really except ply lining and shelving the rear. might cut the raised bit of the rack off at the back alltogether aswell. Very Happy No doubt more bits will change though!

Not much happened at the moment other than using it, no dramas or issues either. Must be a fake defender!
Chopped the top brakets off the roof rack as hit them on another height barrier, ground down the welds and touched them in so doesn't show they were there at all.
Few bits to change so will look a bit different in a couple of weeks. Back to standard boosts with the muds for the rest of the year most likely and a few bits to paint. Bought some new arches so there going white along with mirror covers, snow vent, d44 air intake grill and a kbx grill which I might cut the middle out of but not sure yet?
Interesting pic from outside work earlier with a drivable rib. saw one at the boat show a couple of years back, but first ive seen in the wild (not convinced myself Laughing )

I Have been following this for a while and must say your truck is looking great! Interestingly i work for the UK Sealegs (the rib pictured above) Importer/ distributor and fitted the outboard, comissioned and tested the Sealegs in your photo last week prior to delivery. They are awesome bits of kit, both on and off water and handle rough ground very well (no match for a Land Rover of course). Heres a picture of our 130 we use for towing them about....

130 and a RIB, that's some nice stuff.
Gonna get a RIB after the 90 is built.

@Tom, loving your 110, tasteful. Cool

Cooper- lovely 130 would like one myself but just that bit big for my requirements. What an interesting job, sounds great. There certainly an impressive bit of kit and has been attracting a lot of attention here, probably end up with a couple more here i'd imagine now. Take it there purely for off road use like the hard and beach?

Cheers Greeni just sold my little yacht as didnt have time to use it so after a new toy (dayboat) myself. The sealegs boats pictured are well over budget for me though Laughing

I do like the 130 but with nearly 9m of boat and trailer on the back its a long old rig. The Sealegs is for off road use only, although we do have one customer who managed to road register his.. I'm pretty sure it's illegal though. Plus as you say they come with a hefty price tag, but if you have a house with water frontage then it's a no brainer.

/\ 100% there Very Happy

Got the boosts on with tyres the correct way around this time, arches will be off to be done white when they arrive, decided on the kbx grill going to leave the centre in before paint. No other changes really, remap planned but really happy with how how its looking and dont know how I havent had a double cab before, with the rack on the top its so practical now Very Happy
