Perfect thanks!
I emailed support at oponeo.co.uk and they couldn't tell me! Has anybody purchased tyres from this site? http://www.oponeo.co.uk/tyre-details/bfgoo...tAodiCAAAQ They seem to have 265's for £120 per tyre... seems very reasonable. |

The white writing is printed on one side of the tyre so you need to ask them whether you want white writing facing out or hidden inside. This is normal for 18 inch wheels anyway! 16 inch is an extra charge for white writing which I didnt go for. Last edited by LR Sam on 16th Apr 2015 1:39pm. Edited 1 time in total |

The BFG ATs I fitted to my Td5 have white lettering on one side, this is protected by a blue skin which washes off 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon

Wheels arrived at last and fitted. Anthracite MaxXtrac Mach 5 with BFGoodrich KM2 in 285/75R16 on standard (10 year old) suspension:
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Very pleased with them - although there isn't a lot of clearance on the rear arches. Fine on the road - but as D4x4 suggested - I think I'll need to do a 2" lift to go off-roading on any axle twisters. They fit the arches perfectly at this offset and size, and the turning circle was not affected. The KM2s are certainly audible on the motorway (unlike my previous all-terrain KOs), but not too loud. My first tank full was a bit of a shock though, 4mpg down on my usual (26 vs 30+) Hopefully it was a one off and not representative... |
