Puma front washwipe pipe removal / refit?
Ok so my front washwipe pipe I think must be bunged up.

Nothing coming out of the jets, tried a pin, clicked the plastic end piece off and nothing coming out at all, I can hear the pump working.

How easy is it to change for a new pipe? I know the bolt for the screen wash is behind the head unit which is a bit awkward.

Anyone changed the pipe, I may fit the CSI upgraded washer while its apart, any recommendations welcome.

Thanks

It could easy (frequently is) the one way valve that is in the pipe. Often found beside the heater box between it and the wing. Worth a check Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Hello

Many thanks, got home tonight and head straight under bonnet.

Found two washer pipes worked out which was front. Pulled it from the connection and checked it was free, it was as water poured out. Then took the connector out and just refitted. It worked great

What I noticed is the connection has a ball in it like a one way? Why and why does it even need the connection and not be straight pipe?

It looks like the attached with a little ball at the end.

At least I know what to look at may swap for the Csi part anyway as still not great (compared to modern stuff) but better 😀

Thanks

Many of us remove the one way valve as in cold weather it is water in the pipe that freezes, and with no one way valve it only takes a couple of seconds longer for water to flow.
