Some sort of hydraulic line nut maybe steering related?

My guess is a join in the brake line somewhere resulting in no stoppy

^^ Almost correct..

It did stop, but brake fluid was leaking out. It's the flexible pipe between the chassis and rear axle.

Passed it's MOT just last week - its not something garages are really going to find during an MOT as it would require removing the part for inspection which is considered to be finding work.

I notice the brake pipe clips are prone to getting cracked or damaged too.
The ones that secure them on the chassis.

Hi Walmsley's, sorry for being ignorent but are your side steps a rock / tree slider aswell or just a step as i am thinking of fitting this type aswell but i go off road and don't want to buy the wrong thing Confused Graham
