Yes, it does. I wouldn't want my dealer saying who they'd sold their Autobiography to. It's illegal and really poor business practice.

I broke the data protection act many years ago by sending sight test reminders by post card as had been done since the beginning of time.
I had a patient complaint because the post man now knew her sight test was due. (what a load of old tosh the whole thing is) the worlds gone mad |
