Ricky,
That's a few squeezed in there!, I thought there was 4 till I noticed the Black ghost, blending into the background Very Happy

I also noticed you have the travail inner door fitted.
I have been debating one of these for mine but have an issue with my drawers being in the way of the lowest part of the legs.
If at some point you have the time, could I ask you to measure /check if the lower hinge is above the top of the wheel arch boxes please.
As you may be able to see on the pic of my back end Shocked I would not be able to fit one as it would stop my drawers opening.
My idea was , (if it was feasable, ) to cut the doors legs off below the hinge so it finished level with the top of the wheel arch boxes.
This would be the easiest option without going down the route of cutting welding , painting the thing.
Many thanks,

Nick Thumbs Up

Hi Nick, the lower part of the hinge is pretty much flush with the top of the wheel boxes. I'd say that with a bit of fettling you could raise the whole frame a bit anyway. The door hardware had to be modified a bit as it seems that the bottom locating bolts are in different positions in the 110 from the 90. It wasn't much of a problem just had to extend the brackets, something which you could do to raise it if need be. : Thumbs Up

Good luck and nice looking dog, Regards Richard

Hi Richard.

I was hoping there may have been some adjustment available up top Very Happy

With a bit of fettling it sounds like it is going to be no problem.

Thanks for the reply. Thumbs Up

Cheers.

Nick.

@Windowlicker

The rear dog gate on the 110 is fitted at the bottom of the gate frame by using the bolts that the D loop cargo securing rings use. The frame then goes all the way from the load bed to the two passenger handles mounted above the rear door.

Hi lorryman,

Thanks for the pics, yours looks to be set much further onboard than the picsif Richards , is that possibly due to him have fitted one designed for a 90 do you think.?
The distance yours seems to be inset would actually take valuable space out of the back of mine so hopefully the platform differences account for that.
I think it's doable either way with some fiddling and fettling.

Cheers.

Hi All. I don't think that there's a difference in the gates as Travall list the same for both models. The mounting hole for the D ring on the 110 is around 50mm further forward than the 90, this meant that when I first put the gate in it lent inwards at the bottom and used up too much space. I made up two cranked links to extend the brackets to enable the gate to fit upright. Thumbs Up I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

Thanks Richard Thumbs Up , gives a better all round idea of dimensions, and what I think will need modding.

...and the back of his Defender. Platform made of gun cabinet at the front and stacked waffle boards at the back (dual use is always good for space saving) with a rubber anti slip mat on top. Carcass tray slides in below (two tone grey box you can see).
