True Brit and master of understatement .... "in a spot of bother" Somehow I think an American would describe those hostile natives in a more emotionally charged vocabulary. I doubt anyone posting a few pics of a Defender stuck in a bit of goo on a wet Saturday afternoon is going to top you. |

I have never had any serious issues with my Defender, but my IIA 1-Ton can prove interesting off-road!

Having 'farmer's wing' is IMHO the ultimate scuff. The greatest patina a Defender can have. I would love one. Nothing else says "this is used to the max". Perhaps there's a market for pre farmered farmer's wings. I wonder how much I one in Java black would be! As for a spot of bother, ours is in dock for the second time in as many months. Effing high pressure fuel pump gone for good. |
