Rolled him out this morning and gave him a wash.

As a result of this conversion I will have a DC roof and rear upper going spare with all the trimmings. Anyone interested give me a shout, I will post it for sale in a bit.

Well what a day, trying to align everything, how the
![]() There is 10mm difference between the rear of the tub between the left and right sides, the body is +10mm to one side, The axle is even out by 13mm. ![]() Click image to enlarge Anyway we got there in the end, sorted it all out mostly by splitting the difference and adopting Land Rovers approach of ![]() Whilst waiting for an 8ft x 4ft sheet of 8mm thick 5251 aluminium to turn up to make the mating/strengthening plate we started on the AFN back to see what other mods are required. ![]() Click image to enlarge |
