Drove home from work keeping an eagle eye on the mileage as it rose closer and closer to 150,000
Worked out that I would be hitting the big 150 at the Lamberhurst roundabout so prayed for slow traffic (for once) Just as I approached the roundabout it Clicked over from 149999 to 150,000 and i would be able to get a shot on my phone at the roundabout when I stop! fantastic! stopped at the roundabout and in a split second grabbed my phone, took the photo and slung it back into the dash tray. Drove home smiling from ear to ear thinking about all the miles I have done in it since I got it and how many more I have to come! Got home, locked up and went in and boasted proudly to my dad "Hey dad I grabbed my big 150 today on the way home!" Here is the photo! Click image to enlarge |

Finally managed to get my Puma glove box installed properly.
Every picture I've seen of the glove boxes show the lid sitting proud and I was determined to find a way to get it fitted without the big gap. Being able to reuse the Torx screws also helps to keep it neater. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I'm chuffed with how it turned out and will write it up on my blog over the weekend. http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/ |

Well tomorrow through Sunday!
The Maggies Monster Bike & Hike is a 30hour charity endurance event where participants cycle 34 miles and then walk 40+ miles mostly off road. This runs from Fort William to Inverness, non stop! I'm helping the medical team as is I A M Driver & Hugh Steele, I'm not sure what he calls himself here. Maggies is a Charity that runs a group of Cancer Care Centres here in Scotland. |

Mere youngsters, mine went over 160k on wednesday and that's on a 2002 model. When I bought it it was just under the 100k. I'm just into the 5th year of ownership.

Ordered a new 90XS in Aintree Green for August delivery!!!
Did spend a little extra to get the premium front seats, which will apparently be full leather for the 15 Model Year. |

"Full leather"
Excellent. That means there will be more options coming up available! |

I love my Premium Seats so think they are money well spent. But I really don't like full leather seats, they are too slippery
