I like ones with some linings left in them
Most of the major brands last well with no issues. I'm currently running a set of ebc uprated pads n discs on a td5 Discs last well. Pads wear faster but better braking works for me Depends on what car and what you want. |

EBC pads for me, improved braking but fade is an issue if used very heavily.
Saying this I am running standard discs. |

Hmm well needs to stop my truck lol I was thinking ebc pads but not sure may change discs to the paddocks own ones ?

I run Paddocks own grooved/drilled discs and EBC pads ... no complaints whatsoever
 Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant. |

Brembo drilled / vented front and drilled / solid rear though you will have to import them from the USA and they aren't cheap! Fitted a set to one of my 50th's a few years back and they were excellent.
Genuine Land Rover pads unless you want to reduce brake dust staining then go for Greenstuff pads. |

And when I mention brake fade earlier I only had that once and that was after and all day drive and on a very very long hill. Pollock hill.

Strange the love for EBC Greens.
I put them on one of my other cars and they are, without a doubt, the worst pads I've ever used. Soft, spongy, and not confidence inspiring. I'd go OEM, Ferodo, or Mintex (although the latter I've always found dusty). |
